Coping With Stress

According to Dr. Paul Lee, a Psychiatric Care consultant at the House of Representatives, if one possesses a negative attitude, then the stress is amplified.

I really believe in Dr. Paul Lee. His humorous approach towards handling a Stress-related forum  at the House of Representatives struck my attention. I learned from him about the different coping mechanism of every person of different ages in managing stress.

Before going further, may I share first the definition of stress. Stress is an imbalance of one's coping skills. It affects both physical and mental capabilities of a person. It has its good and bad effect to the person. It varies differently from person to person. If a person is an outgoing, comical, and can easily divert his tension or pressure on his peers. Then this person has a very high of coping mechanism unlike other person who cannot cope easily when tension arises.

There are a lot of remedies available in your environment. A person has to learn how to interact with others; create a rapport in a work environment; and learn to take care of your spirits to face inevitable problems.

It is very easy to read some remedies about stress but we should also learn how to absorb every information to practically apply it to reject stress in our lives.

By learning how to love your life, you can be assured that you are going on the right path.
